Our Roots
Chick-fil-A’s story began with Truett Cathy’s vision of serving people with excellence, integrity, and a heart for community. From his first restaurant to the nationwide family of Chick-fil-A locations, Truett laid the foundation for a culture that values more than just great food—it’s about making a positive impact wherever we serve. Our Operator
Beau and his wife, Kate, began their Chick-fil-A journey in 2006 in Virginia Beach, where they also welcomed their first child, Landon.
A few years later, they made Murfreesboro home when Beau became the Operator of Chick-fil-A Towne Centre in 2010. Their family grew-with Georgia and Lincoln joining the fun- and so did their Chick-fil-A story.
In 2017, Beau opened Chick-fil-A Memorial Boulevard, becoming a multi-unit Operator. Today, the Noblitts are proud to call Murfreesboro home and are grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and help develop future leaders every day.
Our Journey Through The Years
Beau and his wife, Kate, began their Chick-fil-A Operator journey in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While in Virginia Beach they welcomed their first child, Landon. It was the start of both a family and a lifelong calling to serve others through leadership and hospitality.
2006
Beau and Kate moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where Beau became the Operator of Chick-fil-A Towne Centre. They quickly fell in love with the community, and their family grew with the additions of Georgia and Lincoln.
2010
With a growing team and a vision for developing even more leaders. Beau was selected to become a multi-unit Operator. This was a brand new location in the community- Memorial Blvd. This milestone marked not just expansion, but an opportunity to extend care and impact across Murfreesboro.
2017
Over the last 19 years Beau and his family continue to invest in people. Creating meaningful opportunities, and serving their guests with excellence every day. The story of Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro is still being written-one meal, one moment, and one relationship at a time.

Our Heart for our Community
Whether it’s hosting special events like our Signature Princess Ball or joining in on the good happening all around town, we love Murfreesboro. We are who we are because of the incredible team members who live here and the community that chooses us every day. Giving back isn’t just something we do — it’s part of who we are. Murfreesboro is home, and we’re grateful to serve it.
