Front of House Team Member

Catering Assistant
We are currently hiring full-time catering assistants. This position is primarily for our Memorial Blvd location, but may require tasks be completed at our Old Fort location if business needs dictate
Shifts:
Monday - Friday with potential for Saturdays 6:00am - 2:00pm
Monday - Friday with potential for Saturdays 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Job Details/Responsibilities:
As a part of our Chick-fil-A team, you will be the face of our company. You will be tasked with providing quality service and hospitality to our guests in-store and while making deliveries. When interacting with guests, provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Before delivering catering orders, you will be responsible for producing an accurate and quality product.

Leadership Development Program
We are currently looking for candidates for our Leadership Development Program and both Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro locations.
Program Overview:
The Leadership Development experience at Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro propels you into your leadership career. Practical work experience leading and directing a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Transformational personal development through experiential learning and coaching. All within eighteen to thirty-six months that will change the trajectory of your career and your life.
Program Qualifications & Requirements:
Four year college degree - completed or 1 year remaining
Two years of leadership experience in work or school
Ability and willingness to commit to a 2-3 year employment and development opportunity
Strong leaders looking for intentional leadership development to establish themselves as a business leader
